It starts just below the [Berggasthof Hunerkogel](https://www.hunerkogel.at/en/berggasthof-hunerkogel/hotel-styria-austria/ "Berggasthof Hunerkogel") and leads along a prepared ski route towards the Zauberlift (near Rittisberg/Ski Willy) directly to Gasthof Türlspitz. There you can return your rented toboggan. If you wish to continue into the village of Ramsau, the toboggan run continues to the Knollstüberl. The ascent via a winter hiking trail from Gasthof Edelbrunn takes about 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can comfortably reach Berggasthof Hunerkogel and thus the starting point of the toboggan run by bus (Line 960). Along the route, the Brandalm, the Dachsteinhaus, or—when returning the sleds—the Gasthof Türlspitz invite you to stop for a bite to eat. Gasthof Edelbrunn and the Knollstüberl are also located near the toboggan route. It is located just around 7 kilometres from the Berggasthof Hunerkogel. You can buy your ticket for the ascent at the valley station of the Rittisbergbahn. You then take the gondola up to the top. You can either bring your own sledge or hire one directly at the Rittisberg mountain station, where around 120 sledges are available. The descent starts at an altitude of around 1,500 metres and leads back down to the valley along the 3.5-kilometre-long, floodlit toboggan run. You can ride alone or in pairs per sledge.
