Engelhardthof – Organic Raw Milk Products
The Engelhardthof is a certified organic farm in Ramsau am Dachstein, well-known for its raw milk products. A visit directly to the farm is recommended—its proximity to the village makes it easy to combine with a shopping tour.
The Fürsterhof breeds Scottish Highland cattle and is known for the high quality of its self-produced meat and sausage specialties. The assortment includes everything a meat lover’s heart desires, from award-winning ham and various long-life sausages to fine "Tomahawk steaks."
The Mandlberggut in Radstadt (Salzburg region, approx. 21 km away) is a family-run excursion destination at 980 meters above sea level, known for its globally unique combination of two manufactories: the Dachstein Distillery and a mountain pine oil distillery.
Both fine spirits (whisky, gin, noble brandies) and essential oils from mountain pine and stone pine are produced directly on-site.
